PK84 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Fair Use

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the pk84 platform, including the website at pk84.pro and any associated mobile application. They form the entire agreement between you (the "player" or "user") and pk84 regarding your use of the platform.

pk84 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, live casino, and related services. These Terms cover how the platform operates, what is expected of players, how deposits and withdrawals work, and the rules that apply to all bets, games, and promotions.

Please read these Terms carefully. They are written in plain English so you can actually understand what you are agreeing to. If anything is unclear, contact our support team before proceeding.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use pk84, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or playing.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pk84 or its affiliated companies.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended account on pk84 under any name or identity.

pk84 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. If verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, your account may be restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals placed on hold pending review.

3. Registration and Account Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on pk84. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. This information is used to verify your identity and process your withdrawals.

KYC Verification

pk84 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, or at any point at our discretion, we may ask you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g. a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing your name and number)
• A recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of address, if required

Documents must be legible, unexpired, and submitted in the format requested by support. Verification is typically completed within one to two business days. Accounts that fail verification or where submitted documents do not match registration details will be suspended pending further review.

4. Deposits

All deposits on pk84 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page at the time of your transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit. pk84 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside our control.

• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited instantly.
• Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance.
• Funds deposited must be used for gaming on the pk84 platform; deposits made without genuine gaming intent may be reviewed.
• pk84 only accepts funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If a same-method withdrawal is not possible, our support team will work with you to find an appropriate alternative.

All withdrawal requests require a fully verified account. Withdrawals submitted before KYC verification is complete will be held until verification is approved. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically within 1–4 hours of approval
• Raast: Typically within a few hours
• Bank Transfer: Within one business day of approval
• Cards: 1–3 business days depending on your bank

pk84 does not charge withdrawal fees. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and are displayed at the time of your withdrawal request. Withdrawals that appear unusual in size or frequency relative to your account history may be subject to additional review before processing.

Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements attached to your balance must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. If you withdraw before completing wagering requirements, any associated bonus and bonus winnings will be removed from your balance.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pk84 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL, ICC tournaments, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed registration and, where required, initial KYC verification.
• Each welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim it multiple times will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering is completed will be removed from your account.
• Minimum odds or game contribution rates may apply when wagering bonus funds — these are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• pk84 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any qualifying deposit made in reliance on that promotion will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to clear wagering requirements — may result in bonus removal and account review.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on pk84 covers a wide range of markets including Cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series, ICC events), Football, Esports, and other sports as listed on the Sports page. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

Bet Settlement

• All bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g. PCB for cricket, FIFA for international football).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within a specified timeframe, bets may be voided and stakes returned — specific rules depend on the sport and market type.
• In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet is accepted by the system. Bets that are inadvertently accepted after the relevant event has already concluded will be voided.
• pk84 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to pricing errors or data feed failures.

Bet Limits and Restrictions

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• pk84 may limit or restrict betting on specific markets, events, or for specific accounts if unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Accumulator bets are subject to a maximum payout cap, which is displayed at the time of placement.

Cricket-Specific Rules

Given the significance of cricket to Pakistani players, pk84 applies the following specific rules to cricket betting: Match winner markets require the match to reach a minimum completion threshold (typically 20 overs in T20, or the end of Day 1 in Test matches) for bets to stand. Rain interruptions and DLS method applications do not void settled bets unless the match result is itself voided by the governing body.

8. Casino and Live Casino

The pk84 Casino and Live Casino sections offer slots, table games, live dealer games, and other titles from certified software providers. All casino games operate on independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes for every round.

• Game outcomes are determined at the point of play and cannot be influenced by the player or by pk84 after a round begins.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error during a game round, the round may be voided and the stake returned to your account. If a round completed successfully before disconnection, the result stands.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in the game information section within each title. These represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns per session.
• Live Casino games are subject to additional rules specific to each game type (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, etc.) as stated within the game interface.
• pk84 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own strategy decisions in skill-influenced games such as Blackjack or Poker.

9. VIP Programme

The pk84 VIP programme rewards consistent, active players with enhanced benefits across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity over a rolling period.

• VIP tier benefits include cashback percentages, reload bonus rates, withdrawal priority, and — at Platinum and Diamond levels — a dedicated account manager.
• Tier status is reviewed monthly. Failure to meet the minimum activity requirements during a review period may result in a tier downgrade.
• VIP cashback is credited to your account on a weekly basis and is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal, as stated in the VIP programme terms on the VIP page.
• pk84 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits, or programme structure with reasonable advance notice to affected players.
• VIP status cannot be transferred between accounts and is non-negotiable in the event of account closure.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on pk84 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure:

• Creating more than one account per person
• Providing false, misleading, or someone else's identity during registration or KYC
• Using funds from third-party payment accounts not registered in your name
• Colluding with other players in poker, live games, or any other multiplayer game format
• Using software bots, automated betting scripts, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or game bugs for profit
• Attempting to manipulate match outcomes in sports betting markets (match fixing)
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering through the platform
• Using the platform in a way that disrupts other players or the service itself
• Sharing account access with another person or operating accounts on behalf of others

pk84 monitors accounts for unusual patterns and cooperates with relevant authorities where required. Any funds found to have been obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

11. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. pk84 will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive any communication claiming to be from pk84 that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your pk84 account — one that you do not use for other websites or applications.
• Do not share your login credentials with friends, family, or any third party under any circumstances.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately so the account can be secured.
• pk84 is not liable for losses that result from a player sharing their credentials or failing to keep their account secure.

12. Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. On closing your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deducting any uncleared bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last-used payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

pk84 also reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its discretion, including where: a player has violated these Terms; unusual account activity is detected; a player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme; or where required by law or regulation. In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

13. Responsible Gaming

pk84 is committed to supporting responsible gaming. The platform is intended to be a form of entertainment — not a source of income, and not a way to recover financial losses. The following tools are available to all players from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session Reminders: Receive a notification after a set amount of time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause your account for a set period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account for a minimum of six months. During self-exclusion, you will not receive marketing communications and your account cannot be reopened early.

15. Changes to These Terms

pk84 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a notice on the platform. Continued use of pk84 after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute will apply to that dispute.
